The Twelve Thirty Club is the newest Sam Fox creation, a multi-faceted and multi-level venue connecting people to food, music and each other. Located on the top floor, the dapper as hell Supper Club is decorated with simplicity and style and boasts of 500 seats, live music, an oyster bar, three private dining rooms, and posh rooftop terrace. **What were looking for:**
You love food and can create a welcoming environment. You have at least 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and can lift to 25 pounds. Availability to work weekends or some holidays.
**What Youll Do:**
* Exceed standards to the highest level of expectation to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience
* Facilitate food service from BOH to FOH
* Respond appropriately to guests requests or issues by effectively communicating to captains and management
* Makes sure all the necessary garnishes and food needed is in place for the kitchen staff
* Always thrives to ensure guests satisfaction by coordinating with the captain and back server before and after delivering food to the tables
* Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgency
* Works closely with the chefs and BOH staff
* Assist the kitchen in daily preparation for service
* Polishes glassware and silverware in a timely matter
* Abides by the opening and closing checklist every day
