JobDescription

We are seeking aSenior ConsultantCustomer Experience Services to develop testingstrategy and plans with clients crossservice teams and thirdpartypartners.

The ideal candidate must be United States citizen holdingTop Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph. This is an onsiterole at the customer location so candidate must be located in orwithin a commutable distance to Fairfax VA area.

Applicants must becurrently authorized to work in the United States without the needfor visa sponsorship now or in thefuture.

Experience

  • Experience working with Avaya CM implementation and servicerelatedwork
  • Strongtechnical knowledge and experience with Avayas productportfolio
  • Technical working knowledge andexperience with Communication Manager Session and SystemManager
  • Technical working knowledge andexperience with Session Initiation Protocol
  • Knowledge and experience with Avayas Contact Centerportfolio
  • Strong personal computer and businesssolution software skills in application administration design andarchitecture
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills for design coordination and testing ofapplications
  • Leadership skills to guide andmentor the work of less experiencedpersonal
  • Good communication skills tocommunicate with customers support personnel andmanagement
  • Ability to work in a teamenvironment
  • High tolerance for dynamic workenvironments

Education

  • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Mustalso have at least 5 years of professional experience in therelated field
  • Strong personal computer andbusiness solution software skills in application administrationdesign and architecture
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills for design coordination and testing ofapplications Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of lessexperienced personal
  • Good communication skillsto communicate with customers support personnel andmanagement
  • Ability to work in a teamenvironment

Responsibilities

  • Providetechnical guidance and advice for the operations and maintenance ofthe customers expansive voice network to include patching upgradingand introduction of new Avaya products to enhance theirtelecommunication posture.
  • Monitor manage andmaintain voice call flow traffic across more that 300TDMPRI / H.323 / SIP trunk groups connecting to Avaya products as wellas other telecommunication platforms.
  • Migratingcall flows away from TDMPRI & H.323 trunk groups onto SIPpeering connections via AAR / ARS Analysis / Conversion tables andRoute Patterns.
  • Monitor manage and maintain abash script application to assist end users administer their loginaccounts in hundreds of Avaya and nonAvayaservers.
  • Manage dozens of nonperson accounts inhundreds of Avaya and nonAvaya servers that perform automatedfunctions for the customer.
  • Work with thecustomers O&M Team and various other organizations totroubleshot and maintain reliable talk paths between voicenetworks.
  • Produce and maintain variouseDocuments (MSWord Excel Visio PowerPoint etc) capturing how tomanage and maintain communications within the customers voicenetwork as well as connectivity to other organizations voicenetworks.
  • Respond to requests from O&Mtechnicians or voice engineers for assistance on performingadministrative task and conducting troubleshootingactions.
  • Train newer voice engineers on how toperform most of the tasks listed above. CompensationUSD $110000 USD$148000
