You would contribute to our overall vision, Working together moving people throughout life, by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Cashier is a team player that compiles and maintains records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.
As Cashier you are responsible for preparing a variety of accounting statements and reports for the management team.

This is an entry level position.
Key responsibilities include the following.
Others may be assigned.
- Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
- Records orders for merchandise, supplies, or service.
- Receives, counts, and pays out cash.
- Computes wages, taxes, premiums, commissions, and payments.
- Provides backup support for any accounting or service clerical position on an as-needed basis.
- Handles special accounting projects as instructed by the office manager.
- Maintains office equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
Trains dealership personnel in its use and troubleshoots problems.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems.
- Must be able to multi-task
