FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide.

Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks.

Weekend Shift - Friday - Sunday; 5 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

$3.00 Shift Differential Pay.

Position Summary :

Setup and prepare milling machinery for production. Maintain and perform daily preventative maintenance and supply all milling machine related needs.

Troubleshoot and solve minor to semi-complex problems and issues.

Position Responsibilities :

• Setup and prepare machinery for production.
• Full knowledge of how to read blueprints, customer drawings and all technical information.
• Load / unload fixtures and specific programs for machine set up.
• Maintains better than average productivity.
• Maintains high accuracy on all functions.
• Mentors' other employees.
• Works on moderate scope of machinery set-up complexity.
• Has the ability to identify potential issues and resolve efficiently.
• Escalates issues to supervisor only when out of their knowledge base to resolve.
• Provides guidance or direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support.
• Contributes to employee's development.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required :

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer drawings, and all technical information.
• Strong mechanical, technical and analytical skills.

Position Qualifications :

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

2 years of experience with machinery in a production or machine shop environment required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :

Manufacturing Environment

Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
