BASIC FUNCTION :
Sound working knowledge of Produce Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manages Produce operations to achieve established sales, marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :
Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes scales, box cutters, cleaning equipment and stand store as well as office equipment, which includes fax, phones, PC, copy machine, calculator, printers scanners, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
