Responsibilities:
- Partner with Architects and Interior Designers to develop breakthrough ideas and creative solutions for environmental graphic, branded environment, wayfinding and signage projects

- Design for all phases of projects from conceptual to construction documents, detailing and preparation of presentation drawings

- Closely collaborate with Project Managers and office Leadership

- Visualize 2D and 3D design solutions through sketching, elevations, plans and renderings

- Research and prepare materials for client interviews, supporting the graphic preparation for potential clients, and attending client interviews

- Create engaging graphic and written content for marketing materials and business development efforts

- Produce print-ready production files and coordinate both internal and external printing

- Assist with design and maintenance of website and company brand

- Assist in budgeting and tracking of projects

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in AEC industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design

- Proficient in Adobe Suite and CADtools

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision

- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines

- Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
