The Philadelphia office for Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding is seeking an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience for its insurance coverage practice group. This practice involves counseling and litigation services for insurers and select policyholders in a wide variety of insurance coverage matters. Some experience with drafting coverage opinions and prosecuting actions for declaratory judgment would is helpful but not required. Strong academic credentials are required. This position will offer opportunities for direct client contact and responsibility for significant aspects of the litigation process. The firm will provide flexible work arrangements, including fully remote or hybrid options. License to practice law in Pennsylvania is required, with a preference for candidates who are also licensed in New Jersey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
