Roles & Responsibilities:

• The ability to carry out multiple different jobs throughout one workday. Scope of work could include different areas of work such as painting, drywall, plumbing. Electrical, mechanical, hanging doors, carpentry, replacement of windows, etc.

• The ability to carry out instructions furnished in writing, orally or by diagram form

• Essential to offer excellent levels of customer services to create client satisfaction

• Contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations and supports the work of management and other staff

• Safety is the responsibility of each and every employee

• Management has the right to assign or reassign duties to the job at any time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required

• 5 year experience in the construction field preferred, but not required

• Ability to read a tape measure and use other various hand tools

• Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with other employees

• Willing to learn and gain experience

• Current and valid driver’s license

• Ability to physically stand, squat, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
