Job description
Foursight Capital is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of a Collections Specialist.
As a Collections Specialist, you will perform recovery efforts to minimize losses on accounts identified as being delinquent. You’ll have a portfolio of accounts that you will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals. Having a consistent portfolio of accounts allows you to build and develop relationships with your customers and uniquely identify ways to help bring their delinquent accounts into a current status over time.
Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT (No hybrid or remote opportunity)
Pay: $18.00/hr up to $1,500 per month in a performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM or 11:00AM-8:00PM and a rotating Saturday every 6-8 weeks
*Shift differential is given to the later shift employees*
