Four Winds Trucking LLC is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Mandan, ND

Four Winds Trucking is a growing trucking company looking for someone who can work under our office manager to handle the following administrative tasks:

- Completing paperwork associated with setting up loads
- Scanning in load documents when completed
- Billing out completed loads
- Receiving payments
- Scheduling driver settlements
- Filing documents appropriately
- Ordering oversize load permits
- Entering dispatch information into online system
- Communicating load details with truck drivers
- Complete IFTA quarterly fuel tax reporting
- Monitor electronic logs for violations

$20-$26 DOE

Would prefer someone with experience in the trucking industry. Must absolutely be comfortable with computers, as most work will be computer-based. Must be task-oriented and capable of working independently once the task has been learned. I don't mind answering questions, but I appreciate someone who does their best to find the answer on their own as well. An understanding of FMCSA regulations would be a definite bonus. Must be willing to contact brokers/shippers over the phone to resolve billing issues. Must be comfortably with sending emails, as well as keeping an email account organized. Ability to use Quickbooks is a definite plus. Must be able to use Microsoft Office comfortably (Word, Excel, etc...) and work with editing PDF documents.

We currently offer PTO, flexible hours, medical expense reimbursements, employer-paid short-term disability, and SIMPLE IRA match.
