Our Team: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking an IT Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our employees and guests. Your Job: The IT Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all multi-user computer systems and personal computers in the hotel. They ensure that all critical systems are available twenty-four hours per day and provide support for other systems and applications used on property as needed. In addition, this position assists in virus protection management, systems backup and recovery procedures, management of third-party vendors, and implementation of corporate-initiated technology amongst other duties. This role provides service on all IT issues to internal and external guests, and is responsible for responding to all Help Desk Tickets.
