- Set clear expectations for your team.
- Hold your team accountable to those expectations.
- Part coach/mentor, part administrative savant.
- Communicate and coordinate with the other divisions within the team.
- Training and motivating a sales team of 5-8 people
- Ride-A-Longs with team
- Setting and managing Goals and KPIs
- Coach and manage from the team's strengths.
- Conflict resolution between sales - clients - production.
- Re-hash and close getable deals.
- Set individual goals that are in alignment with team goals.
