As a Roofing Superintendent, You Will Be Responsible For
- Overseeing daily roofing operations and crew performance on multiple projects
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage up to 3 roofing crews developing each team.
- Enforcing strict safety protocols on all job sites
- Conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining a safe work environment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Ordering materials and managing inventory
- Scheduling and coordinating crews and subcontractors
- Resolving project issues and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate crews
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention
