Job description:

Golling CDJR of Roseville is seeking sales associates who specialize in performance vehicles to join our sales team. Golling CDJR of Roseville is a part of the family owned Golling Automotive Group and has been in business for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive, family like work environment where everyone can excel in our fast-paced customer service industry. Auto Sales experience is a must.

Our sales associates work as a part of a team, and it is important that you can work well with others and capable of demonstrating professionalism in the workplace.

Job Requirements (include but are not limited to):

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience through the entire car buying process
  • Strong communication skills with customers and management
  • Knowledge of store inventory, products, and be able to compare and contrast competitive models
  • Utilizing the online tools provided to prospect and maintain repeat business
  • Answering leads via email, phone or text according to the customers preferred method of contact
  • Understanding the importance of the sales process all the way from greeting the customer to turning in accurate paperwork
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain professional personal appearance
  • Adherence to a consistent and reliable work schedule
  • Previous car sales preferred but not required, will train the right candidate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
