We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to join in our mission of providing exceptional wound care services.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a variety of patient visits, ranging from Annual Wellness Visits to vaccine appointments - you must have reliable transportation and comfortable doing home health visits.
In this role, you will be responsible for on-site evaluations of patients' wounds, collaborating with our mobile healthcare team, and developing individualized treatment plans. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to positively impact the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home wound evaluations
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to develop patient-specific treatment plans
