Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. If you have excellent communication skills, a clean driving record, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety of passengers by following all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in shuttle driving, limousine service, paratransit, or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to reach destinations
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
