Four Peaks Neurology is currently seeking a full-time office assistant to aid our doctors. This position requires a motivated team player with customer service skills.

Experience working in a medical office is a plus, but it is not determinative. On-site training will be provided.

Duties:

• Greeting patients.
• Answering phones.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Responding to patient portal communications.
• Taking and recording vitals (if necessary).
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Maintaining accurate, HIPPA compliant, patient records.
• Obtaining prior authorizations.

Hours:

To meet the needs of our office, we are looking for a medical assistant who can be present Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
