Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an assistant Property Manager or commercial management
- Rent manager experience is preferred but not required. Proficient in excel, highly detailed with attention to follow through.
- Communicating effectively with prospective residents, current residents, co-workers, and vendors. Knowledge of unit turn, maintenance, grounds keeping, painting and landscaping.
- Calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, pro-rations, and percentages. Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities. Know how to delegate when necessary but still remain responsible for the task. Ability to analyze and understand lease agreements. Have an ability to interpret a variety of instructions. Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
