Job Title: CORE Membership Order Specialist

Location: Naples, FL

Position Summary:

Fountain Life is looking for a detail-oriented and healthcare-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our CORE Membership implementation team. This role combines the organizational skills of a project manager with experience in EMR and medical experience focusing on the seamless onboarding and continued engagement of our members. The ideal candidate will ensure that all procedural requirements are met, including consent form completion, continued care oversight, app installation support, and CRM updates, while also analyzing member interaction with our app to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consent Form Management: Ensure all members complete necessary consent forms accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• App Onboarding Support: Assist members in downloading and setting up the Fountain Life app, providing troubleshooting support as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• CRM Maintenance: Diligently update our Salesforce CRM (SFDC) system with key information, including consent form completion, app download status, and any member interactions or issues, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Analytics Review: Regularly review and analyze member interaction data with the Fountain Life app, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Member Communication: Serve as a point of contact for members for any onboarding or app-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience through prompt and effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the tech and customer service teams to relay feedback from members and suggest improvements to the app and onboarding process based on direct member feedback and analytics insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in order management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Competencies similar to those of a Medical Assistant (MA), with an understanding of healthcare procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical proficiency, especially with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly preferred) and mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data related to app usage and member engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing high-quality support to members.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• A passion for health, wellness, and technology, with a commitment to improving the member experience.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
