Fountain Life is Hiring a Membership Advisor (CORE) Near Naples, FL

As a CORE Membership Advisor, you'll be instrumental in driving Fountain Life's growth by connecting with and educating prospects about our innovative health services. You'll work in a virtual environment to engage with prospects, understand their health goals, and guide them through the membership process, ultimately driving conversions and generating revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and qualify inbound leads and engage in outbound prospecting.
  • Drive confidence in Fountain Life's brand through digital, voice, and video interactions.
  • Tailor solutions to prospects' health needs, driving member onboarding.
  • Member Experience:
  • Enhance the Customer Experience Journey for members and potential members.
  • Develop strong relationships, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless member experience.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Fountain Life's operations team for smooth member integration.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve services and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to connect with people in a remote setting through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with a sales and marketing CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • A passion for health and wellness, embodying the lifestyle Fountain Life promotes.

  • You have experience in sales or customer service, particularly in health, wellness, or technology sectors.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
