Overview

Foundry is seeking a talented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Global Sales Operations team! 

At Foundry, the Global Sales Operations team provides strategic, operational, planning, and analytics support to our worldwide Sales and Business/Operational Unit teams. Our team is the lynchpin between sales & finance & provides a critical role in global reporting up all levels of our business. Reporting to the Revenue Operations & Analysis Manager, the Revenue Operations Coordinator will assist in providing key business insights to Sales Leadership as well as enable technology platforms to support One Commercial and Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of reporting from bookings to revenue recognition• Play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy by owning daily and weekly data audits.• Work with BU leaders to present insights that improve performance and establish scalable process improvements to improve dialogue and foster a more data driven culture.• Create ad hoc reports from business & sales leaders• Produce reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year business reviews with business leadership• Occasional data entry/management when needed to correct dataPlatforms• Backend administration of DOMO including creation and management of dashboards & building simple dataflows• Administration of our proprietary platform, OneRev• Reporting and auditing of Salesforce.com data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting or Business Operations
  • Experience using DOMO (preferred) or other BI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of data
  • Consistent track record of converting ideas to impact
  • A Self-Starter and ability to prioritize
  • This can be based in our Needham MA office, with a hybrid work schedule or in an approved US remote location

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. At IDG, Inc., we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Expected salary, dependent upon experience and location is between $60,000 and $63,000 which includes base and bonus (if applicable).
