Foundations By Thompson is a residential foundation company working in and around the Indianapolis area. We are currently looking for hard working individuals to join our team. We are hiring for general labor positions with little experience required for hard working, team minded people. Must be able to lift 50lbs - 100lbs, read a tape measure and be on time and reliable. These positions are all full time, Monday – Friday, and may require some Saturday work during busy times. Typical crews work between 40-60 hours per week with overtime being paid out at 1.5 x hourly wage after 40 hours. Arriving on time to work each day is a must.
