We are seeking a diligent and reliable dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Ensure all cleaned items are stored properly.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of garbage and recycling in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dishwashing equipment to the kitchen manager.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
