Career Growth – If selected for this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of innovative production equipment, with components including 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Paid training – both in the classroom and on the job -- will keep you up to date on the latest technology and enhance your existing knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits – Fosber America, Inc. offers competitive pay and an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation & holidays, and educational assistance. Annual compensation starts at 80,000 , based on experience.

Provide corrugator support to repair machines, trouble shoot issues, complete preventative maintenance, and training at two customer facilities. Electrical and mechanical skills are required. Each plant will receive 50 hours of onsite time every other week. Generally, visits will begin on Friday and conclude on Tuesday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Troubleshoot mechanically and electrically all Fosber equipment.

2) Ensure normal preventative maintenance is being completed per Fosber specifications.

3) Create service reports for each site visit and maintain an ongoing Fosber task list for each site.

4) Perform procedures as described in the Fosber maintenance manuals and ProCare system.

5) Participate in weekly meetings with the plant and Fosber to review the task list and establish current priorities.

6) Communicate regularly/daily with the customer on Downtime needs/PM opportunities/Training opportunities/Run ability improvements/Process control improvements.

7) Maximize use of time while the machines are running. See item #6.

8) Work with customers on a consistent basis to train them on proper PM’s and troubleshooting.

9) Follow Company policy and set good safe work examples.

10) Responsible for documenting any machine changes made during the Maintenance Program.

11) Wear Fosber required PPE, as well as plant required PPE.

12) Be responsible for timely expense reports/time sheets.
