Forward Chiropractic is Hiring a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Near Los Gatos, CA

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and patient care coordinator and play a vital role in our patient-focused office environment. **We are looking for someone who can commit to this role for at least one year.** We're on the lookout for an individual with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our office, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Extend a warm welcome to patients and visitors, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

-Manage incoming calls efficiently and professionally.

-Utilize our appointment booking system to schedule appointments accurately, prioritizing efficient time management and minimizing scheduling conflicts.

-Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and effectively utilize our user-friendly EHR software Jane.

-Manage patient flow efficiently across multiple services to minimize wait times and ensure prompt care throughout their visit

-Ensure compliance with care plans, handle payment collection, and verify and communicate insurance benefits effectively.

-Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

-Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a polished and professional appearance at all times.

-Oversee the cleanliness of the clinic and ensure all rooms are consistently prepped for patient appointments
