AHP is seeking talented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team .

AHP is a Joint-Commission-certified, supplemental staffing company since 1977 , employing Nursing, Medical , Rehabilitation and Allied healthcare professionals for per diem , master booking, travel assignments at hospitals and other medical facilities across the country.

Recruiters primary responsibility is to source through the different search engines, leads and referrals and successful placements of healthcare professionals for travel assignments in Nursing, Rehab and Allied assignments throughout the US. Recruiters are expected to create and maintain an active pool of healthcare professionals who are ready for placement to match AHP’s client facilities’ need. Ability to expand and convince Healthcare professionals to accept assignments based on their experience and qualifications.

Key performance expectations: outbound calls, candidate submittals, bookings. Cultivate relationships and provide excellent customer service in order to build a loyal and active base of working healthcare professionals Maintain positive relationships with healthcare travelers in order to enhance patient care through supplemental staffing Communicate regularly with travelers regarding assignment-related details Maintain and update candidate database files and required documents Ensure traveler satisfaction on each assignment through planning and follow-through Build and sustain positive business relationships with clients and co-workers Maintain an open line of communication with the active nurse staff with appropriate follow-up. Uncover nurses' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions Retain flexible schedules in order to service nurse staff requests and/or handle issues Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• 1 year of recruiting experience in a Healthcare Staffing Agency - Required
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and applications including MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word - Required
• Experience with different VMS system – Fieldglass/Shiftwise/Staffer Link/ Work Force - Required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
