Executive Assistant
Forward Careers seeks a detail-oriented, results driven individual with human resource, administrative, and event coordination experience to join our team. This individual will manage several human resources functions including the full cycle recruiting process, new employee on-boarding, semi-annual performance reviews, employee handbook and position description updates, managing employee files, as well as overseeing the development of employee celebrations, team-building and other special projects. This position is also responsible for managing company communication including daily social media, monthly newsletters, and overseeing office compliance, and event coordination.
Additionally, this position will work closely with the management team to provide administrative support and accounts payable assistance in a variety of departments to ensure error free documents/records are safeguarded, processed, and entered in various databases in a timely manner. This will entail day-to-day office compliance management, the development and tracking of contracts, letters, documents and presentations, and travel as needed, handling confidential and non-routine information, proofreading copy of spelling, grammar, and layout, and handle programming invoicing, and assisting with accounts payables.*

REQUIREMENTS
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field, and 2-4 years of experience in related positions referred.Relevant work experience may be substituted for college coursework.

HOURS & SCHEDULE
40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional morning and evening work may be required as job duties demand, but rare. For day-to-day office management, daily onsite attendance is required.
OUR LOCATIONS
Forward Careers has three offices located in Grafton, Waukesha, and West Bend. The primary location for this position will be at our Corporate office located in Waukesha, with regular travel per job responsibilities.
WAGE RANGE
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
