Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers and offices specializing in precision integrative and functional medical services. We are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to help support the daily functions of our busy West Jordan UT office. The hours of this position will revolve around the office hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday and 8am to 1pm.
The receptionist will provide customer service to our patients and administrative support to our Medical team. This is a fast paced Medical Office with a high volume of calls and patients. This position serves as the company’s first impression to all of our patients and visitors, we expect the person in this role to both dress and act professionally at all times.
