Capsule Shop, a purveyor of highly sought-after contemporary women's designer brands, is seeking a customer service professional to assist in offering five-star, personal styling to our clientele. As an online sales associate you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and positive online shopping experience through excellent customer service.
• Report feedback regarding product and site experience in order to better meet client’s needs.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and meet revenue targets.
• Assist online guests in the proper selection of merchandise in accordance with their needs and expectations.
• Cultivate a solid customer/client base through customer engagement and repeat business.
• Input and publish product copy on Shopify. Ensure all collections and product pages have a relevant page title, on-page copy, images, and meta descriptions.
• Package and process online orders. Work closely with the team on product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
• Process and monitor online returns.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure general site health and optimal customer journey.
• Monitor checkout flow so that it ensures a seamless experience for shoppers.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights for updates and new functionality recommendations to improve KPIs.
• Analyze product performance and sell-through velocity to help plan and inform product replenishment with the team. 
• Be aware of current product launches and promotions, support company initiatives and competitor behaviors.
• Be flexible to collaborate and work with other team members on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with online women’s retail.
• Proven knowledge of our brand assortment.
• 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Endear, etc.).
• Proficient in Shopify e-commerce platform, web analytics tools and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of retail and e-commerce best practices.
• Must be able to engage, build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
