Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Medical Billing and Coding program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Academic Dean. The primary responsibility will be to teach Medical Billing and Coding courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Billing and Coding.
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding.
• At least FOUR years of experience in the field of Medical Billing and Coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated and results driven
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
