Responsabilities:
Provide technical support on-site and in the workshop, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, following user manuals and collaborating with relevant teams. Perform configuration and commissioning of equipment according to required specifications and parameters. Ensure adequate documentation of commissioning and maintenance activities, as well as regular communication of progress to stakeholders. Offer personalized customer training and support to ensure effective equipment use and establish positive relationships.
Education & Management Skills
Seek candidates with an Associate Degree, Bachelor's, or equivalent in a technical field. Require 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a technical or construction field. Proficiency in MS Suite and other data entry software. Understanding of technical industry and site construction. Capability to read and modify technical drawings, basic experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, and familiarity with PLC I/O and control wiring.
