We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with expertise in managing both Windows and MacOS environments, particularly with proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Jamf. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems, providing technical assistance to employees, and managing device configurations and security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support for both Windows and MacOS users within the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Set up and configure new devices, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.
• Manage endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device provisioning, software deployment, and policy enforcement.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and configurations across all devices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize systems performance and user experience.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT support and device management.

Requirements:

• *Required* Must be proficient in using Jamf cloud for device management.
• Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Expertise in supporting both Windows (Windows 11) and MacOS environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device management and security.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity management solutions.
• Experience in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assist users of varying technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Jamf Certified Associate, etc.) are a plus.

Rate: $35-$40

Duration: 6 months

Location: Tampa, Florida (locals only)
