Job Description

The Applications Developer Intern role is to develop and maintain information systems and programs to support of the company’s business strategies.

• Develop and test new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
• Follow existing programming and design standards.
• Stays current on best practices in IT technology relevant to role
• Communicates with supervisor promptly and fully informs of all problems or unusual matters of significance
• Identify and resolve programming problems using established development methodologies and with the guidance of supervisor
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with employees and customers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate

Qualifications

• Completed or pursuing Bachlor’s degree in Computer Science or related program
• Programming experience with one or more of C#, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JSON
• Angular, Xamarin, Bootstrap a plus
• Entity Framework and LINQ a plus
• Microsoft SQL Server a plus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
