Daily tasks include the safe, daily preparation of all food products for guests and employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Daily preparation and cooking of food products in accordance with health department guidelines• Maintain cleanliness of food service locations • Operate cash register following established zoo cash handling procedures• Maintain highest level of guest and employee satisfaction• Follow and adhere to all established safety standards and policies Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.• Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older Education and/or Experience:• Prior fast food experience desirable• Prior cash handling experience desirable• Experience working courteously with the public Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
