The Fort Walton Yacht Club is a private member club that caters events, private parties, and operates a restaurant & lounge Tuesday through Sunday. We are looking for someone that has experience overseeing the overall operation of the front of the house, including the restaurant and bar areas. They would supervise the staff to ensure prompt and good service is delivered to the membership and the day-to-day operation of the restaurant including but not limited scheduling, assigning side work, monthly inventories, weekly beverage and paper orders.

This person must also be familiar with running both large and small events. Setting up the room before the event, scheduling the appropriate number of servers and bartenders to ensure good service, and breaking down after the event.

We are looking for a working manager that will split their time up with approximately 75% on the floor and 25% as the manager on duty depending on the time of the year and the flow of business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
