Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. If you have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Oversee menu planning and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns regarding food quality or service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in menu planning and recipe development
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
