Overview:
Fort Lowell Realty is starting a "Healthy Home Department," which keeps our rental properties in peak physical condition by ensuring the monthly needs of the home are always addressed. You would oversee Tucson and Phoenix operations requiring you to go to Phoenix twice a month for day trips.
Services Overseen:
-Lawn Care
-AC Filter changes
-Pool Cleaning
-Water purifier installs and filter changes
-Coordinating Maids for turnovers
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify home needs and prioritize tasks
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to resolve problems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in lawn care
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- This is a new department. If you are able to grow the above services to a certain level, then performance bonuses based on your growth and quality will be notable.
