Position Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fort Health, you will play a crucial role in building our clinical team to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the face of full-cycle recruiting at Fort Health for licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and other clinical staff members.

Details

• Full-cycle clinical talent acquisition for licensed therapists, psychologists, and other clinical/non-clinical recruiting needs.
• Contribute hiring processes optimization efforts to ensure efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute knowledge and ideas to assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the end-to-end hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Executive team to shape Fort Health's culture and employee experience.

Qualifications, Experience, and Background

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume, clinical recruiting experience.
3. Previous behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.
4. Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and successfully navigate ambiguity.
8. Proficiency in Google Work Suite and Microsoft Office

Reporting

This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff and requires a proactive approach to project assignments and general guidance.

• Base salary range starting at $70,000 with additional performance-based compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
