We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer remotely in the Midwest region. Reporting to the Director, Technical Support US / APAC, the Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to our clients and con­tributes to the implementation of new data collection and reporting applications that lever­age the Confirmit platform.

Your role will require and challenge you to:

• Product Support: Respond to a wide range of product-related and technical questions regarding the use and operation of our products.
• Troubleshoot Client Issues involving JScript programming logic, database reporting, and survey programming workflow.
• Assist clients in developing Survey Page design using HTML, Javascript and CSS
• Develop Survey Programming solutions for clients using client side scripting
• Communicate with clients via email & phone to troubleshoot issues and clarify requirements
• Implementation: Provide consulting and develop online data collection and reporting applications on the Confirmit platform and at times by integrating the solution with external software.
• Work on projects to develop solutions based on specifications and materials provided by clients.
• Work with the sales team and Marketing to develop concepts and implement demos that showcase our platform’s value in targeted verticals.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment with comparable responsibilities is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
