Salary: $25 – $35/hour (Half-time position)

We are looking for a “People Success Manager” who can recruit all-star employees for our growing firm, then help them feel welcome, safe, and understood when they get in the door. In this half-time role, you will also create opportunities for our firm to connect with the communities we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a welcoming resource for new and existing employees
• Lead talent acquisition, recruiting quality candidates across all divisions
• Facilitate interviews, trainings, and orientations across all divisions
• Ensure company compliance with State and Federal workplace safety requirements
• Find and coordinate networking opportunities (conferences, events, and career fairs)
• Assist with Corporate marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Before you apply, make sure you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Science, or a related field, or 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate potentially sensitive or challenging situations
• A proven track record of organization and time management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
