Forsgate Country Club is Hiring a Restaurant Server Near Monroe, NJ
Forsgate Country Club is recruiting for full-time, enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Servers. Our Restaurant Servers will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a lasting rapport with members and guests. Prior experience is REQUIRED and applicants 18 years of age will only be considered.
Duties:
- Takes beverage and food orders in specified station.
- Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and restaurant areas.
- Advises supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food service regulations and health codes.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, catering, brewing, or food service is required.
Forsgate Country Club, founded in 1931, is an exclusive, full-service, 36-hole golf facility that is a family-owned private club. Forsgate offers golf, fitness and social activities in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We are currently accepting applications for employment Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM at the clubhouse front desk or by e-mail.
