Customer Service The Customer Service Associate performs all registertransactions, including Returns/ Exchanges, Layaways, and Employee purchasesaccurately and efficiently in accordance with Forman Mills policies andprocedures.· Providesa Courteous, Fast and Friendly check out to all customers entering and leavingForman Mills.· Maintaininga clean and tidy checkout area.· Abilityto work varied hours/days, including 2-3 nights per week, weekends and holidaysto meet the needs of the business.· Theability to work in different areas of the store such as selling floor, fittingroom, and receiving as directed by supervisors and management.· Abilityto communicate effectively as it relates to communicating to customers and teammembers all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials,directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.· Abilityto perform basic math functions in order to operate the register, make changeand conduct inventory.Physical requirements include lift up to 50 lbs. Use of handsand fingers in a continuous and repetitive activity. Adequate fitness level tomeet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing,pushing and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
