Back End SupervisorThe Backend Supervisor reporting to the Store Manager/ASM isdirectly responsible for all aspects of Receiving including Preparing andProcessing all merchandise to the sales floor, Both Floor Ready and Non-FloorReady Product. Backroom cleanliness, organization and detailed standards. AllBackroom Functions include but not limited to (receiving, processing, EAStagging, size nubbing, and reports individual productivity and overall backroomefficiencies to the store manager. Partnering with Manager on duty and alldepartment team members on proper freight flow with a unified goal to be Doorto Floor (DTF) in 24 hours without compromising our customer shoppingexperience. The BES ensures the store’s backroom is fully staffed to the modeland partners with the admin on any personnel needs/deficiencies. Fullyresponsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are understood andexecuted. Accountable for improving store DTF efficiencies, shrink controls byfollowing FM EAS procedures and company guidelines.· Abilityto work varied hours/days, including nights and over-night, weekendsand holidays to meet the needs of the business.· Abilityto communicate effectively as it relates to communicating to customers and teammembers all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials,directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.· Abilityto perform basic math functions in order to operate the register, make changeand conduct inventory.May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. and on occasions up to 70lbs. from floor level with adequate fitness level to meet the demands offrequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing andrepetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
