Forge Industrial Staffing in Livonia is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate for an opening with a client company located in Novi, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general assembly, packing, and performing general shipping and receiving duties.
Requirements of Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
- Ability to perform general assembly and packing tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour.
- Health/Vision/Dental Insurance Available.
- Paid Time Off.
- Referral Bonuses.
- Employee Appreciation Day.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Perform general assembly tasks and ensure products are ready for shipment.
- Pack goods using appropriate tools and materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
