ForeverLawn Puget Sound is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to sell ForeverLawn products/services directly to residential and commercial clients, cultivate new leads, and maintain / develop customer relations. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and organized. This position requires a high level of communication skills, written and orally, and the ability to sell and provide on-site estimates of ForeverLawn products. Last year, our company was in the top five in sales out of 90 dealerships nationwide. Our local ForeverLawn dealership has been in business since 2008, with continued growth each year.
The territory covered is King County, Pierce County, Thurston County, Lewis County, and surrounding areas of the Puget Sound, as well as periodic travel to Eastern Washington to service Spokane County and Northern Idaho.
Job Duties:
Full time non-exempt position - Monday through Friday for 40 hours/week
Interact with clients with integrity and professionalism
Communicate directly with clients, foreman, and operations manager to manage project progression and address any issues regarding previous, current, or upcoming projects
Schedule, manage, and attend all appointments
Must be comfortable with providing on-site appointments for residential clients
Must be comfortable with presenting and pitching products
Complete and submit all the necessary documents needed for each sale
Communicate with clients and the project foreman to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Communicate regularly with Sales Manager regarding performance, inquiries, and market conditions
Must be comfortable cold calling with proven success
Attend company sales meetings, trainings, trade shows, and events
Long term relationship building
Cultivate news leads with proven success
Some travel required, company paid
This position is not considered a remote position, but instead your hours will be spent either in office or in the field on appointments.
Compensation / Benefits:
Total Variable Compensation Estimated at $80,000 - $120,000 / year
Annual starting base pay of $50,000.00

Qualifications:
High level communication skills, verbally and written
Excellent computer skills and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Strong interpersonal skills
Self starter who remains motivated
Ability to work both independently and with team members
Ability to prioritize tasks, plans, set goals, and meet deadlines
Must have a valid Washington state driver’s license and a clean driving record
Experience:
1-3 years demonstrated sales success
Education:
High School Diploma
Some college (preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment Washington State background check.
