ForeverLawn Synthetic Turf Sales Manager Position Description We are seeking an energetic person with great people skills for a sales position. ForeverLawn has premium products and it is not uncommon for projects to exceed $50,000. Must be comfortable being the highest-priced offering and should also be comfortable doing proactive sales work. The team member will need to visit & understand turf installation so some installation hours will be essential to understand how our product is properly installed across all product lines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. This is a full-time position that may require work beyond 40 hours per week to excel, but if you can do it with fewer hours - Go For It! Sales Compensation Our sales compensation is a combination of salary plus commission and bonuses as outlined below. o Base Salary of $25,000 o 3%* Commission paid** on sales up to a $250,000 sales threshold. o 6%* Commission paid** on total annual sales exceeding $250,000 * National Account sales, wholesale account sales, and discounted sales will be counted at 50% of the sale value. Sports fields and other large projects priced on our large project model, as well as low-margin sales will be handled on a case-by-case basis. ** Commissions and bonuses will be paid the month following the period in which they are earned.
