Responsibilities:
- Conduct standing yoga classes for seniors with seated chair rest at the end
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
- Develop and implement class plans that cater to different skill levels and goals
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate participants' needs and abilities
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and promote a healthy lifestyle
- Demonstrate proper body mechanics and alignment during poses
- Ensure the safety of participants by monitoring their movements and providing guidance

Experience:
- Certified yoga teacher thru Yoga Alliance or yoga therapist certified thru IAYT
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals or groups in a fitness setting
- Familiarity with chair yoga and modifications
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Yoga teaching experience with seniors who can not get down to the floor

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and guide participants
- Ability to create a positive and supportive atmosphere during classes
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants
- Patience and empathy to work with individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels
