Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Consultant who will partner and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your territory of assigned clients and educating customers on new solutions. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Customer Success Consultant (CSC) owns the business relationship with our valued customers. The CSC is motivated and rewarded by driving client retention, driving enhanced business solutions, and identifying opportunities to extend products and services into the client account. The desired outcomes that a CSC will be measured are by increased retention and satisfaction rates, increased utilization of additional products and services (adoption), and an increase in overall lifetime value of each account.
For this position, the ideal candidate will have account management and/or sales experience. Industry experience is a plus.
