Forest Health & Rehab Center is Hiring a HR/Payroll Coordinator-Weekly Pay! Near Lynchburg, VA

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Must possess High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have 2 or more years of HR/payroll experience
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Previous help desk, Ultipro, and Timetrak experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Effectively manage the HR/payroll support help desk system and resolve issues appropriately while continually improving the response time and quality of service
  • Performs audits of the communities to ensure HR/payroll policies and procedures are followed
  • Works in conjunction with the payroll analysis team to ensure all procedures and deadlines are adhered to
  • Provide creative input to further develop the success of the HR/help desk system
  • Process and verify timecards/sheets, schedules, etc., on a daily basis
  • Ensure that the nurse aide certificate is verified and submitted to the Nurse Aide Registry on a timely basis
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation
  • MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred)
