This position is responsible for the sales/purchases of milk and milk products to enhance commodity profitability, minimize distressed sales for both milk and products, and leverage market opportunities.This position will work closely with SIOP to ensure a balance of milk and milk product volumes.

Responsibilities:

·Establish and grow relationships for sales and purchases of milk products

·Be an active participant in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning

·Develop hedging and market knowledge

·Create a portfolio of high margin customers

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain management or related field

·3 years of job-related experience in dairy industry

•Occasional travel to plant locations
